Martine Foisy

Martine Foisy is the coordinator of the Centre interuniversitaire de recherche sur la science et la technologie (CIRST).
Martine obtained her Bachelor's of Education of history at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and completed her master's in history in 1994, also at UQAM. Her projet, La formation et l'évolution de la discipline mathématique au Québec (1945-1984), was completed under the supervision of Yves Gingras.
She was also the recipient of the Atlas prize in 2016, in recognition of her significant contribution as support staff to the mission of UQAM's Social Sciences and Humanities Faculty.
